Oh my goodness! Training camp has been a whirlwind so far. It has been a week of teachings, worship, healing, saving, testimonies, questions, doubt, team bonding, camping, little sleep, humid Georgia weather, and just a week in the presence of God.

So much in my life has been revealed and brought new light to over this week through the worship, teachings, and personal reflection. I am SO THANKFUL for what God has done in my life. He truly has saved me and I have been basking in the joy of that this week! For so many years, I lived with fear and doubt – agreeing with the spirit of fear and doubt – but praise God that that is not my story, nor my identity. Psalm 51:12 says, “Restore to me the joy of your salvation and uphold me with a willing spirit.” This Psalm, this plead to God, as been on my heart for years – to be filled with joy again. This week I have seen so many acts of faith, heard ways God has been moving in others lives, felt the Spirit moving in people for me, witnessed healing, and I have not stopped smiling because of the goodness of God. I have also had doubts and questions, heard my squad’s struggles and doubts, made mistakes, felt the enemy try to steal, kill, and destroy me and my squad. And yet, even through those things, I have felt joy. Joy in seeing my squad share their struggles with each other, joy in the fact that our leaders love and care so deeply for us, joy in the safe space that has been created already in our community, joy in the questions, joy in the discovery of more of who Jesus is and God’s character. I have found joy in His salvation and it is becoming more and more evident in my mind, soul, and spirit. And I am so thankful.

I can’t believe we have another week! Pray for my squad as we continue to grow together and with Christ. Pray for us as we prepare to leave for Guatemala on September 18th (one week!!). Also, please pray for my body as I have been sick since Tuesday, as have others.

I am currently 80% funded! Yay God! I am so thankful for those who have donated and so excited to see how the Lord moves in your lives. If you feel lead, please prayerfully consider donating either to me or to those on my squad (or our leaders)! 50% is due FRIDAY so if you see anyone on my squad not there, please donate to them! You can look at my squad’s blogs and click in the top right corner and it’ll say Support. If you can’t find someone and want to donate, let me know and I can tell you who could really use the extra love!

SO THANKFUL.

I don’t have a ton of time to spend on my phone but please reach out if you have any questions or want to hear more! My phone number is 9132317650 – you can text me until the 18th or download WhatsApp to communicate best out of country! Love you all!
